After reading the Keynote for iPad Starter Guide, from the Apple Teacher Learning Center, I learned how to incorporate this app into my future classroom, and the many ways it can improve children's learning. Object animation and slide transitions were two components to the Keynote app that I found to be interesting and a fun way to jazz up a slide for the students. Instant Alpha is a tool that allows the user to remove the background image, as desired. I can see myself using this tool to ensure the students are focusing on the important part of the slide, rather than getting distracted by an image in the background. Magic Move is a transitioning tool used for animation on the slide and movement for the visual learner students. I found the most useful information to be the Ideas and Inspiration page because it included tips and ideas for incorporating this Keynote app into a lesson plan.
